Support Team Desert Phoenix

The competition is a perfect opportunity to engage with community stakeholders, thereby strengthening ties with the local communities. The project not only positively impacts the community, but also increases energy security, and reduces dependency on fossil fuel.


Each of the teams will reach out to various institutions in the community to support the project through technical expertise, funding, or equipment. This project offers a unique opportunity for industry stakeholders and organizations to promote their businesses by supporting the Desert Phoenix team in multiple ways.


A major challenge is the fulfillment of the project’s financial requirements, as the design and construction of a fully functional house with latest innovative technologies is extremely expensive. The total estimated budget for the project is AED 1.8M/ USD 500,000. Industry and commerce stakeholders can contribute to this project by the following tax-deductible means:


1. Direct financial support

2. In-kind support by providing products and/or services pertaining to your business

4. Transport and logistics support
